Use my transparent method and save a lot of money. I charge a flat rate for design and staging. I will not up charge you for what is planted. You hire grubber/installer or you may solicit the grubber/installer with whom I work. Cut out all bloated and hidden costs of full service operations.
I will meet with you and evaluate your property. I will listen to you. Expect recommendations and my thoughts. I’m transparent.
Design
I see limited great work out there. The same old choices and cookie cutter jobs. No imagination. I see choices that are particularly subject to scale and wonder if the customer was ever warned about it. I see extensive use of boxwood. They are subject to blight. It is not curable. I wonder whether these companies say anything about how the yard will develop in coming years. That matters a lot.
Think of me as a designer on any HGTV show, only my gift is yard design.
Staging
At a mutually agreed date and time, I will deliver everything and literally stage it for the installer. If you want me to supervise installation let me know.
